Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden is a collaboration between the City of Portland's Parks & Recreation Bureau and the Portland Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society (DBA Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden), a non-profit organization.
All donations, admissions fees, annual passes, event fees, and sales at the garden's shop contribute to the care of and improvemment of the garden.
