About the Guest Facilitator:

An immigrant at heart, Katy appreciates the deep Oneness that connects all places and all souls. She discovered the transformative power of Kundalini meditation and yoga in the heart of the Jefferson Wilderness at Breitenbush Hot Springs in 2015, and later became a certified KRI teacher. Her guiding principles: relax, heal, and elevate.

Katy combines meditation, breathwork, nature connection, and sound healing to create nourishing experiences that support inner clarity, vitality, and spiritual growth. She often works with her gong or her shamanic drum to weave sound into journeys of deep rest and renewal.

When she is not teaching, Katy spends time designing websites, writing, and translating. Many jobs, one integrated life dedicated to building bridges across languages, cultures, and communities. Katy teaches in the Portland area and facilitates meditation classes, gong baths, forest therapy walks, and other workshops. Learn more at kundaliniroots.com.
