Step into a slower rhythm and experience the garden’s beauty through our senses when you attend this two part workshop of forest bathing and creating art. Forest bathing is a gentle, guided experience that invites you to reconnect with the natural world and yourself. The experience includes a brief opening meditation, guided invitations to explore the landscape at your own pace, quiet personal reflection time and a closing tea gathering.
The second part of this session is when we get creative with found natural materials in the garden and art supplies provided to let your heart and your hands make something that you can take home and remember this special day by.
This is not a hike or a naturalist walk. All are welcome. Come as you are and move at your own pace.
Bring comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, water and a snack.
